Balancing the tart with sweet kisses of orange and bubbles that tickle your throat make for a bright and flirty spritzer.
Juice of 1/2 Cara Cara Orange
Juice of 1/2 Meyer Lemon
3/4 Cup Chilled Prosecco
1/4 Cup Chilled Seltzer Water of Club Soda
Slice of Lemon and Orange, for garnish
1. Directly in a glass, squeeze citrus juices, then pour in Prosecco to a little over half way full and a splash of seltzer water or club soda. Stir until well combined, then garnish with a slice or two of remaining lemon and orange.
