London Fog with Orange Zest

I am a huge fan of tea lattes, anything citrus, and everything London. This recipe combines all three loves and produces a fresh, warming, and elegant-tasting beverage! Enjoy hot or cold.

1 Earl Grey Teabag
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 Tablespoons of Sweetener of Choice (sugar, honey, maple syrup)
1 Teaspoon Orange Zest

1. Steep your teabag in hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired potency. Remove teabag.
2. Whisk together milk and vanilla extract, and place in a small sauce pan and heat on stove top until hot. If you have the appropriate equipment, you can froth or steam, instead.
3. Stir sweetener in tea and top with milk.
4. Garnish with orange zest
5. Serve and enjoy
