Lavender Milk Bath Soak

Life comes at you fast, so be sure to stop and smell the lavender! Lavender is most commonly used in aromatherapy to help reduce anxiety, stress and mild pains. Milk baths leave skin feeling soft and supple. The lactic acid found in milk exfoliates and cleanses the skin. Combining both lavender and milk creates a luxurious bath experience that promotes and enhances overall calmness and well being.

1C Epsom Salt
1C Milk Powder
1/4C Baking Soda
1/4C Lavender Flower Petals
10 Drops Lavender Essential Oils

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Divide and store in sterilized airtight containers.
3. For bath, add 1/4 cup of mixture to running water.
4. Relax and enjoy
