Kansas City Love Dry Rub

So I admittedly have never been to Kansas City, but I hope to visit one day! I am a huge fan of their BBQ, as the flavors profile they are known for is simultaneously sweet and spicy. I like to use this rub on chicken and ribs and let them sit overnight before firing up the grill, oven, or air fryer.


Ingredients
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder


Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Can be stored in a small glass jar for future use.
