Floral Herb Butter

Zhuzing up and creating compound butter is a great way to introduce new flavor combinations and aesthetics to dishes. Use it on steaks, smeared over some baguette, or get creative!

1/2 Cup Good Quality Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1 Pack of Edible Flowers, petals picked
Herbs of Choice (i.e. thyme, rosemary, chives, etc), leaves torn
1/2 Shallot, small dice
1-1/2 Teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt
1-1/2 Teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper

1. In a medium bowl, place all ingredients, mix using rubber spatula.
2. Place in serving vessel and serve immediately, or refrigerate for more intense flavor.
