Bathe Your Way from Achoo! to Aaahh

Warm baths can do wonders when under the weather. This blend of essential and sweet almond oil will help soothe your mind and body, while aiding in the defeat of the common cold. Just add a few drops to your next bath and relax.

1 Tablespoon Sweet Almond Oil
2 Drops Thyme Linalol
2 Drops Tea Tree
1 Drop Eucalyptus Radiata
3 Drops Geranium
2 Drops Cardamom

Mix the essential oils together with sweet almond oil. Keep in a small dark bottle, preferably with drop insert. Draw hot bath, add about 4 drops, lie back and deeply inhale.
